Car (Tesla): ~$36,000

Future Expenses:
   I'm retired, house is paid, no CC balances. That's it. Bwahhaha - I'm free... free I say... :)

Savings / Retirement:
   Roth IRA: $384,600
   457: $1,700k (Read that as "One Meeeellion" in a Dr. Evil voice) (Roth portion is 59%)
   DRIPs: $50k
   Brokerage: $268k
   Savings: $8k
   HSA: $53k
   Saving Bonds: $1.5k
   Pension: $5,600/mo. into 2029, after that approximately $4,000/mo.

Rocking and rolling...

... isn't supposed to happen inside your own house. Yowza. What a day to telework! This afternoon I thought for a few seconds the house was going to come down on me. I decided heading outside would be a safer bet.

FYI, I live probably ~50 miles from the epicenter, and the house sure sounded like the 50 years old that it is.
